The Bioanalytical Services Laboratory offers two types of DNA sequencing services:
- Next Generation Sequencing: “Sequencing by synthesis” using MiSeq instrument from Illumina.
- Sanger Sequencing: 16 capillary-based dye terminator sequencing using 3130 XL Genetic Analyzer from Life Technologies.
