Laboratories
- A wet lab on the main deck provides 112 sq. ft. of space to set up and perform a variety of scientific projects. Approximately 50 sq. ft. of counter area is available in this lab.
- A dry lab/storage area of approximately 45 sq. ft. located below decks can be used for electronics set up or storage. Approximately 20 sq. ft. of counter area is available in this lab.
- Both areas have tie down rails to secure equipment.
- Fresh water and vacuum are available in the wet lab.

Electrical Capabilities
- 120V/1ph/60 cycle AC is available throughout the wet lab and below deck dry lab/storage area.
- A 208/1ph/60 cycle AC receptacle is located outside the main deck wet lab on the starboard side.
Salt Water Supply
- Continuous flow sea water is available at standpipes on the main deck amidships and aft of each stack for general wash-down and water-bath incubators.
- Garden hose can be used to provide flow to in-situ measuring devices located in the wet lab.
Refrigeration and Freezer Space
- 5.5 cu. ft. under counter refrigerator
- 3.2 cu. ft. under counter freezer
Vacuum System
- Vacuum is available in the wet lab at the forward and aft ends of the outboard bench.
Navigation Information Readout
- A Furuno RD-30 Remote Display Navigational Data Organizer is located in the wet lab. It provides position, water depth, wind speed and direction and other navigational information.
