 s in climate that are affecting our daily lives on the Eastern Shore. High
 er tides\, warmer winters\, early springs and more intense rains are becom
 ing more common. Mike Roman is Director of the Horn Point Laboratory of th
 e University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science located in Cambr
 idge\, MD. Mike has studied the Chesapeake Bay for over 40 years and will 
 discuss a number of changes in the Bay and its surrounding watersheds that
  have occurred because of our changing climate.\n\n\n\nThe talk will be gi
 ven at the Oxford Community Center in Oxford\, MD. Admission is FREE. This
  event is open to the public and seating is limited.
