Maryland Biodiversity Project

Bill Hubick, co-founder of the Maryland Biodiversity Project, in the field.

Bill Hubick, co-founder of the Maryland Biodiversity Project, gave a visually powerful presentation on the Project’s efforts to catalog the plants and animals of Maryland.  The Maryland Biodiversity Project is a grassroots, voluntary effort led by Bill Hubick and Jim Brighton to promote environmental education and conservation in Maryland.  Photographs from the project and from local photographer John Shuman were on display in the lobby before the presentation.
