Bob Hilderbrand, "Stream Doctor"
In keeping with our "What's in Your Water" theme from fall, AL's own Bob Hilderbrand led a discussion and fun, hands-on event for ages 8 and up on the critters that live in our streams. Like the blood panels run by doctors, these organisms tell us a lot about the overall health of a stream. Through hands-on activities, Bob taught participants how to be "stream doctors" in their own backyards.
