Please use the form below to submit a nomination for the 2024 Richard A. Johnson Environmental Education Award. After you click "submit," you will be taken to a confirmation page. Please print or screenshot this page for your records.
As a next step in the nomination process, you, or an alternate familiar with the nominee, will be invited to participate in a short 15-minute in-person conversation about your nominee with the selection committee. The selection committee meeting will take place at the Appalachian Laboratory in April. If you submit a nomination, we ask that you hold Tuesday, April 9, AND Wednesday, April 10, from 6-9pm available on your schedule, and we will contact you in early April to schedule your specific time with the committee.
