Dr. Jacob Cram is currently at the University of Washington and will discuss analytical and observational approaches that he has used to study temporal variability of microbial communities such as those in the San Pedro Ocean Time-series (SPOT). His talk is titled "Interactions between marine bacteria and marine snow drive microbial ecology and ocean processes" Wednesday, August 2 at 10:00am in the AREL lecture hall.
