Featuring the conferral of master's and doctorate degrees,
distinguished speakers and university awards and a keynote speaker:

Dr. Caroline M. Solomon, President, The National Technical Institute for the Deaf, and Vice President of Rochester Institute of Technology.

Immediately preceding the ceremony, graduates and their guests are invited to a celebratory brunch
from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Harbor Club Room at the  Pier 5 Hotel in downtown Baltimore, MD.

The brunch speaker will be Aneca Atkinson, Maryland Department of Environment Assistant Secretary of Environmental Justice.
