IMET opens the doors of the Columbus Center for an annual open house. The 2017 Open House was held Saturday, May 6. Members of the community were invited to get an inside look at what goes on in our Inner Harbor facility. Both faculty and students shared their work with visitors of all ages.

Ratcliffe Environmental Entrepreneurs Fellowship Program

The Ratcliffe Environmental Entrepreneur Fellowship (REEF) Program, funded through the Philip and Carole Ratcliffe Foundation, helps young scientists cultivate leadership and business skills. It enhances students' appreciation of the potential business implications of their research. The program broadens opportunities for those who wish to start their own business, advance careers within established companies, pursue environmental policy, or collaborate with industry as an academic scientist.

Harbor Launch: IMET's Business Incubator

Harbor Launch at ​IMET is community for early-stage life science and environmental companies, offering business services and office and lab space. Harbor Launch was founded in 2016 to provide resources to university spinouts and external startups, further enhancing IMET's innovation ecosystem.
