A series of utilities have been written in R to visualize and statistically test the results of Qrule simulations. An attempt has been made to make each program as general and useful as possible. However, it may be necessary for the user to modify these programs to analyzi other simulations with Qrule.
It is assumed that the following programs will be executed using the Linux operating system. However, all programs may be exported and run under Windows as well.
