UMCES offers self-paced online professional development courses designed specifically for professionals working in the environmental field. These are an opportunity for employees to expand their expertise, strengthen professional skills, and deepen their understanding of critical environmental issues on their own schedule. Each employee will also receive a digital badge that they can share and add to their LinkedIn profile.

This course is designed for any learner with an interest in effective data presentation and science communication. Learn the skills associated with creating socio-environmental report cards, the tool used to synthesize data into stories to both inform and engage.

Chesapeake 101 – $149.00
For centuries, the Chesapeake Bay has been a unique site of immense importance, ranging from cultural significance to productivity.
