Nina Lamba

Dr. Lamba’s role as Assistant Director, IMET encompasses entrepreneurship and innovation development at the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology. Among Nina’s responsibilities are leading the REEF program, an introduction to the basics around technology transfer, and the critical evaluation and implementation of the first steps in transitioning science off the bench. She also directs the Harbor Launch at IMET business incubator, that supports early stage companies in the life sciences and environmental science sectors. Dr. Lamba trained as a research scientist. Her career has spanned the private and public sectors, including co-founding and running her own business.
