Rhonda Schwinabart is the Coordinator of External Affairs at Appalachian Laboratory of the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science. She possesses over twenty years of experience in higher education and community engagement. Previously, she has overseen academic advising and learning support services at the community college level and service-learning and community-based learning programs at the university level.
