Stakeholders from Mexico, the United States, and
Cuba are collaborating to establish a tri-national report
card for coral reefs of the Gulf of Mexico….The workshop was
facilitated by Dr. Heath Kelsey, Director of the
Integration and Application Network at the University
of Maryland Center for Environmental Science (IAN-UMCES).
